Emma first stepped onto the mat in 2015, seeking yoga as a way to prepare for her wedding but what began as a physical goal soon unfolded into a practice of grounding and stress relief. Over the years, yoga became her anchor through life’s uncertainties, inspiring her to pursue teacher training and specialized studies in sleep, anxiety, and healing. Today, Emma guides students to move with compassion and self-love, creating a space where simply showing up is enough.
