She started practicing yoga back in college, where a simple curiosity gradually opened the door to a deeper journey of self-discovery. In 2012, she completed her first teacher training as an Anti-Gravity Yoga instructor, and two years later, she traveled to Bali to pursue her 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga certification.
Since then, movement has been her anchor—her way to reconnect with herself, cultivate inner strength, and return to presence. Over the past decade, she has been teaching yoga and various fitness modalities, integrating mindful movement to support both the body and mind.
What keeps her inspired is witnessing her students grow not just in their practice, but in the way they show up for themselves off the mat. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can arrive exactly as they are and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to themselves.
Alongside teaching, She is also a licensed psychologist. I’m passionate about mental health and how movement can be a powerful form of healing—bridging both physical and emotional well-being in every class she lead.
