For over 13 years, Shailoe has been dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. She teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, Kids Yoga, Movement and Mindfulness Meditation, Loving Kindness, and Radical Acceptance. She is also certified in Stott Pilates – Reformer and Mat, bringing a well-rounded approach to mindful movement. Yoga and movement have carried her through some of the most difficult times in her life, and she deeply believes in how profoundly supportive the practice can be. This is why she chooses to teach—to guide others in cultivating strength, compassion, and balance both on and off the mat.
